Q1Is it allowed to form teams jointly with multiple organisations and submit multiple team
registrations?
Participants are not permitted to register through repeated or duplicate team formations. Each
participant may only be part of one team.
Q2Is there a limit on the number of participants per team?
Participation is open to individuals or self-formed teams. Each team may consist of no more than
five members.
Q3Can participants submit entries for multiple themes within a single track?
Yes. Participants may engage with multiple themes; however, separate submissions are required
for each selected theme.
Q4Is there a registration or participation fee?
No. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Q5Through which channels will I be informed if I advance to the final round?
The list of finalists will be officially announced on the competition website under the “News & Updates” section. In addition, notification emails will be sent to the registered email addresses of shortlisted participants. Please check both channels regularly.
