Step 1Prepare Your Submission Materials
Prepare all required materials, including the Registration Form, Participant Declaration and License Agreement
, and submission files.
Please note that the signature sections of the Registration Form and Participant Declaration and License Agreement must be handwritten, scanned, and uploaded.
Each file should be named using the following format:
Track_Individual Name / Team Name_Work Title_File Type
Step 2Compress the Files
Package all files into a ZIP or RAR compressed file, named as follows:
Track_Individual Name / Team Name_Work Title
Step 3Upload to a Cloud Storage Service or File-transfer Platform
Upload the compressed file to any cloud storage service or file-transfer platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer), and provide a shareable download link accessible to the Competition Organizing Committee (no approval required).
Step 4Submit via Email
Before the submission deadline, please email the shareable download link to the official registration email address:
